Do you offer any promo codes or discounts? We offer several special deals, sales and promo codes throughout the year. The best way to stay up to date is to follow us on social media!
Can I use more than one promo code? No. Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code can be used per order.

How often are new planners released? Our planners are based on a school-year calendar (July - June). We release new planners in the spring prior to back-to-school.
Can I customize my planner? Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer customization on our academic planners.
What type of paper do you use? We are all about quality inside and out! We completely understand the abuse students put their academic planners through. Our covers are made with a sturdy vinyl and the inside pages are printed with the strongest paper made.
What type of pens can I use with this planner? Any pens, pencils, markers or highlighters you prefer.
What age group is this planner best suited for? We suggest the 8.5X11 large academic planner for older elementary through middle school students and the 8.25x8.5 small academic planner for high school through college students.
What should my child do if they change subjects mid-year? For our Letter-size planners you can purchase a custom strip of labels that fit perfectly over the subject boxes. For the Personal-size planner, the labels come with the planner.

Your Customer Account:
How do I create an account? You will have the option to create a customer account at checkout when you submit your order. Simply check the box next to “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” below where you enter your email address.
Help! I forgot my password. Can you help me? On the customer account login page, simply click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How long will it take for my order to ship?

- We ship Mon-Fri. Please allow 24 business hours for order processing.
What are the shipping and processing fees in the US?
- STANDARD SHIPPING is $6.99
- PRIORITY SHIPPING is $11.00
- All orders over $60 are shipped for FREE with promo code FREESHIP60
- USPS First Class varies (some smaller items if purchased individually, such as stickers or page markers will be sent USPS First Class at a lower rate).
Do you ship outside the US? We ship within the United States and Canada. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about shipping to other countries.
How do I track my package? You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information.
Can I expedite the shipping? Please contact us at email@example.com if you need to make arrangements for expedited shipping.
Can I change my shipping address? Only if your order hasn’t been processed.
Can I pick up my order? No, we do not have a physical location for picking up orders.
I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email for my order, can you help? Occasionally we receive emails back that are undeliverable due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can provide you with your tracking number, as well as update your email address in our system.

What forms of payment do you accept? For online orders, we accept most credit or debit cards. For bulk orders made over the phone we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Check, or PayPal. (We charge a 3.5% convenience fee for credit card orders taken over the phone).
Is my credit card information secure on your site? Absolutely, you can feel confident knowing that your information is safe and secure. We use Shopify POS, which is level 1, PCI DSS compliant – the highest protection tier used by banking institutions.

What is your cancellation policy? To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the order has not yet been processed, we will immediately refund your payment. If our order is in processing, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you.
