Shipping & Return Policy
Please reach out to us BEFORE sending back a return at either firstname.lastname@example.org or 914.315.9282. We want to avoid you incurring unnecessary shipping charges if we can resolve the issue by phone or email first. This is to ASSIST YOU!
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days from the day the order was received. Specifically, the package MUST be postmarked within the 30-day limit to be eligible for returns. Packages postmarked PAST the 30 days will not be considered.
All packages SHOULD be sent back to us with tracking. If we don’t receive your return and you can’t provide tracking information, we cannot credit your account.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returned items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition without any signs of wear or tear. If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return completely. In all cases we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.
To cancel an order, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the order has not yet been processed, we will immediately refund your payment. If our order is in processing, we will refund your payment as soon as we've received the item(s) back from you.
WEBINARS, VIDEO DOWNLOADS, BOOKS and ANY INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS PRICED UNDER $5 CANNOT BE RETURNED.
There are NO REFUNDS ON "SCHOOL SURVIVAL BOOT CAMP" ONCE SESSIONS HAVE STARTED.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Incorrect Item Ordered - If an item was ordered incorrectly by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Order Out of Chaos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Packages - Order Out of Chaos is not responsible for packages or any items damaged by the USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Items must be reordered by the customer.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day.
Order Out of Chaos does not guarantee a delivery day or time for standard shipments.
All FREE SHIPPING promotions will be sent via standard shipping. Please note: The shipping policy stated above applies.

- Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Order number
- When the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)
- Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

REFUNDSRefunds will be offered in the original method of payment. You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes or processing fees, where applicable, and minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Return shipping charges will not be refunded and are your sole responsibility. Most refunds will be processed within one week after receipt of the returned item(s).
